We will confirm your order within 72 hours of having received your order and payment.
Delivery can take up to a maximum 4 weeks, however we try to get it to you as soon as possible.
Please be aware that all our seating is made to order so will therefore take up to 25 working days before being shipped. Shipping can take up to 10 days.
Orders may be delayed during holiday and bank holiday periods.
The 'take me HOME' products have different lead times depending on the products and are marked accordingly.
Please note all our products are shipped directly from our European suppliers.

Delivery to your home
We use contracted drivers to deliver your goods to your front door, please be aware you may need to have someone available to help the driver with your goods, depending on the size of the goods.
Please also make sure that the piece will fit through your front door. If you live in an apartment and need the piece brought into your apartment please contact us so we can arrange this for you.
Please note each parcel must be checked at delivery, if you notice any damage to the packaging please inform the driver and make a note on the delivery slip 'damaged packaging' and you must inform us immediately and report to: email@example.com
Failed delivery, due to nobody being at home or goods being too big to fit through the entrance will result in a re-delivery charge.
