The Cassy chair is an extremely comfortable dining chair combining style and elegance.
A characteristic element of the chair is the Chesterfield quilted backrest and a very small and subtle armrests.
– The standard version of the chair has a chesterfield quilting on the back.
– The standard version has single small silver pins, which can be replaced by piping or left out.
– The presented model in the picture has a knocker which can also be removed.

All our Chairs are made to order and can take between 30-35 working days to be delivered.

Our furniture and home accessories are sourced from Europe and delivery can take between 2-12 weeks depending on the products. This is specified on each product page. As a lot of our products are made to order, the delivery time will depend from product to product. Please get in touch if you have any specific question regarding a product timeline and we will be happy to help you.
Orders may be delayed during holiday and bank holiday periods.
Please note all our products are shipped directly from our European suppliers.
Delivery and Receipt of Goods
Delivery to your home We use contracted drivers to deliver your goods to your front door, please be aware you may need to have someone available to help the driver with your goods, depending on the size of the goods.
Please also make sure that the piece will fit through your front door. If you live in an apartment block, the goods will be brought to the front of the building, the driver is not insured to bring it to your apartment door, if you need the piece brought into your apartment please contact us so we can arrange this for you.
Please note each parcel must be checked at delivery, if you notice any damage to the packaging please inform the driver and make a note on the delivery slip 'damaged packaging' and you must inform us immediately and report to:email@example.com
Failed delivery, due to nobody being at home or goods being too big to fit through the entrance will result in a re-delivery charge.

1.1 Returns policy:We have great pride in the products we offer and only offer products of the highest quality. However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please inform us 5 days from receipt of good by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will then arrange the return with you. The product must be returned within 14 days. Our policy is valid for 14 days. If you wish to return an item 14 days after your purchase, we can't offer a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In order for us to accept your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase sent to: email@example.com
Please note, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We also advise that you track any returned items, as we cannot be held responsible for good lost in transit.
Please notethis is not valid for the take me HOME collection nor any of our seating as they are made to order and therefore cannot be returned. As the product are custom made for the customer, we can only accept cancellations 24 hours after the order is placed.
1.2Refunds on damaged goods Design KNB shall repair, replace or refund any product or part of such Goods that prove to be defective. Goods delivered not as described may be refunded or replaced. Returns must be made in the original packaging and items should not be used or have been assembled.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as quickly as possible.
If you have received your seating with any damages, please send us on evidence of the damages via email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you with a solution either a refund or repair as quickly as possible.
